We Provide Personal Attention to Your Case
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Litigation
Litigation is the process of taking legal action when a business or person sues another and the case ends up in court. We represent clients as plaintiffs or defendants in any civil litigation matter whether it be for commercial (a business dispute) or non-commercial litigation matters. We have a proven track record of resolving business and personal cases both in court and out of court through mediation.
Landlord/Tenant
We represent both landlords and tenants whether it be for evictions or any other lawsuits or disputes that may arise. With our experience in representing either side, we resolve the issues efficiently and effectively.
Real Estate
We handle real estate matters consisting of issues arising from disputes with homeowners associations and evictions to reviewing real estate transactions for either residential or commercial sales or purchases.
Debt collection
If you are trying to collect debts that are owed to you or you received a court judgment in your favor, we can help to maximize your financial recovery. We will represent you in court to obtain a judgment or to obtain writs of garnishments. We also help to reduce debts owed through negotiations in case you are being overcharged in late fees or interest.
Consumer Protection
Consumers are protected by a variety of state and federal laws. Businesses are required to adhere to laws that protect consumers from fraud, bad business dealings, illegal behavior, and violations of civil rights. We represent consumers whose consumer rights have been violated.
Wills
We consult on estate planning and draft simple wills, living wills, and powers of attorney.
